Suppose there are $n$ players, each having an information $d_i = d_i' + x_i$, where $d_i'$ is a real number, and $x_i$ is a random variable (e.g. uniformly distributed in [0,epsilon]). This is to model that player $i$ knows number $d_i'$ with some uncertainty. Game is non-cooperative. Player $i$ based on (a realization) of $d_i$ chooses (deterministically) some action in a finite set $S_i$. (Of course this is not complete description.)
